I just placed an order, how long will it take to deliver?
- Depending on the product, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. In some cases it can take longer due to the popularity of the product or other circumstances out of Love Polar Bears' control. If this happens we will notify you by email. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
I just ordered a shirt, how long will it take to deliver?
- We make every effort to process all orders within 5 business days.
- Once the order is shipped, it can take 3-15 business days to arrive, we’ll send you an email when it is shipped.
- If you’re still unsure, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to clear things up.
How much do you donate and to where?
- Love Polar Bears and Love Equals Lives donates 10% of the net proceeds to Polar Bears International and other charities. Our mission to help save Polar Bears and other species facing extinction.
I placed an order and haven’t received a confirmation number..what’s going on?
- Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation number was sent there.
OH NO! I messed up my shipping address and/or shirt size! Can I change it?
- If this happens to you, just email us at email@example.com and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t make any promises. Some of our merchandise are printed on demand and the process typically begins immediately. If your order has already shipped, take heart, we’ll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
I don’t have a tracking number, when will I get it?
- You will get an email when your order has shipped that will have your tracking number.
But wait! My tracking number doesn’t work?!
- If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status to update on the USPS tracking site. Thank you for ordering!
What is your exchange/refund policy?
- You can return any merchandise up to 14 days from purchase date.
- If you need to exchange an item, this could be a little more difficult since our merchandise is created at the time it is ordered. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
- Please print and fill out the return/exchange form, click on link Here. Include this form in your return shipment and we will promptly complete the return or exchange and send it back to you.
- Please be aware that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any deodorant or make up stains will be sent back. This includes any strong lingering odors.
- Exchanges are only eligible for equal or lesser value.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Don’t forget to get the tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods during shipment.
What is your exchange/refund policy for international orders?
- All international orders are final sale items. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on international orders.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
- If this happens, please send a picture of the damage to email@example.com along with your order number and we will happily begin the exchange process for you.
- Damage and defective merchandise can only be exchanged for up to 14-days after purchase date.
